Delete your account and data

This page is about the Tiramisu Review app, published by Agama SA.

From the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap “Delete my account and data”.
3. Confirm.

Deletion is immediate. A new, empty anonymous identity is created if you keep using the app.

Without the app

Write to info@agama.ch with your nickname (shown in the Profile tab) and, if possible, the name of a place you rated. Since the app asks for no e-mail or password, these clues let us find your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm the deletion.

What is deleted

• your anonymous identity and nickname;
• all your reviews, with their scores, details, comments and photos;
• your reports and the list of users you blocked.

What is kept

Places you added stay in the app, no longer linked to you, because other people may have rated them. E-mails exchanged with us are kept as long as needed to answer your request. Crash reports do not contain your in-app identity and are erased automatically after 90 days.
