Tiramisu Review

Terms of use

Effective 4 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the Tiramisu Review app, published by Agama SA, Switzerland. By publishing a review, a photo or a place, you accept them.

The service

Tiramisu Review lets you rate the tiramisu you eat in restaurants, cafés and pastry shops, and read other people’s reviews. The service is free and needs no account: an anonymous identity is created on your device.

Your content

You publish under a nickname and your reviews are visible to everyone. You agree to publish only:

Forbidden: insults, harassment, hateful or discriminatory content, sexual or violent content, other people’s personal data, photos showing a recognisable person without consent, advertising, spam, fake reviews, and any illegal content.

Zero tolerance and moderation

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Any review can be reported from the app and any user can be blocked. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms and may exclude its author from the service.

Rights on your content

You keep ownership of your reviews and photos. You grant Agama SA a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and reproduce them in the app and on its presentation pages, for as long as they are published. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

Places and maps

Place information comes from the Overture Maps Foundation (CDLA-Permissive 2.0 licence) and from users. Maps use OpenFreeMap, OpenMapTiles and data © OpenStreetMap contributors. This information may be incomplete or outdated; report a closed or moved place from its page.

Businesses

Reviews express their authors’ opinions, not Agama SA’s. A business that considers a review false or abusive can report it or write to info@agama.ch.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without any availability guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, Agama SA is not liable for content published by users or for indirect damage related to the use of the app.

Ending use

You can stop at any time and delete your account from the Profile tab. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Important changes are announced in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Agama SA, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
